Household Talisman Set — Doorway & Threshold

Description

A pair of hand-drawn talismans for the home — the Doorway Talisman (户上符) and the Main Gate Talisman (大門符).

These two are not our invention. They are named directly in the talisman diagrams of the Taishang Dongxuan Lingbao Wufu Xu (太上洞玄靈寶五符序), whose third scroll instructs that talismans be “written in black on white paper and placed according to direction.”

The Doorway Talisman is placed at the inner threshold; the Main Gate Talisman at the entrance to the property. Together they define the boundary of the household.

Drawn in cinnabar ink on traditional yellow ritual paper, activated through ritual, folded and sealed, and shipped discreetly worldwide.
