Description
Hand-drawn in cinnabar ink on traditional yellow ritual paper, in the form of the Xuanzi Talisman (玄滋符).
It is the northern talisman of the Taishang Dongxuan Lingbao Wufu Xu (太上洞玄靈寶五符序), belonging to the Black Emperor of the North (黑帝隱侯局) — the direction of water, of winter, of depth and of what is stored up and kept safe.
Carries the verse of the original text: “Harmonising and guarding the two principles so they do not topple.”
The most commonly requested talisman, and the one most often carried on the person.
Each talisman is drawn by hand, activated through ritual, folded and sealed, and shipped discreetly worldwide.
