Description
The Luck-Turning petition (转运符) is drawn at a season where effort and outcome have come apart — when nothing is wrong in particular and nothing is going well. It is a classical petition for the current to shift.
Drawn in cinnabar on ritual paper and consecrated by hand, with the bearer's name and the situation they wish turned.
