Description
The Tai Sui petition (太岁符) is drawn for the year lord — the classical reckoning in which certain years sit awkwardly against one's own. It is traditionally drawn at the turn of the year and kept for its duration.
Written by hand in cinnabar and consecrated, with the bearer's name and birth year inscribed at the time of writing.
